per libraries/base/GHC/IO/Encoding/Iconv.hs,
libraries/haskeline/System/Console/Haskeline/Backend/Iconv.hsc should test
for HAVE_LANGINFO_H, and default codeset to "" in its absence. (No
langinfo.h on Haiku.)
