Also, looking at comments [http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-
US/vcgeneral/thread/e4b91f49-6f60-4ffe-887a-e18e39250905 here], there
would also have to be a check of whether or not the console is using a ttf
font. This workaround strategy is beginning to look like a dead end.
