GHC was bootstrapped using the x86_64 ghc-6.10.4 from MacPorts
Mac OS X 10.6.6 (Snow Leopard)
Unsure of relevant Xcode version as neither ghc-6.10.4 nor ghc-7.0.1 built
recently, but current.
