#7122: Slightly extend performance range for T1969 and T3294

When running the validate on a machine of mine (i386 chroot on an amd64
machine), these two test cases fail due to slightly differing performance
values. Assuming these are just statistical errors, I suggest the attached
patch to widen the accepted range. Thanks!
