I've compiled up our current sources on Sparc/Solaris 2.6 with gcc 2.7.2,
and it appears to work fine. A couple of patches to 4.02 were required.
I plan to put up an interim binary distribution for Sparc/Solaris shortly,
and 4.03 will certainly come with Solaris binaries.
