Thanks Michael - I've added a link from the GHC web pages.
BTW - the GHC version has changed to 4.05 in the CVS repository in
anticipation of the next release. GHC 4.04 is on a branch, so to check out
4.04pl1, do
cvs co -rghc-4-04-pl1 fptools
or to check out the latest code on the 4.04 branch (which is currently the
same as 4.04pl1 but we may add bugfixes in the future):
cvs co -rghc-4-04-branch fptools
