RE: can't compile ghc from cvs

I think it's a legitimate problem with the new driver.  I hit it myself
on Friday.  I think that the _Capitalised entity naming scheme is
being misinterpreted by pre-4.07 ghc's.

... and I see that Sven has already fixed it.  Cool.
