Hi All, I just received my 39dollarglasses.com order, and both lenses have flaws. These look like thumbprints right in the center of each lens, but don't wash off. I've got some materials science background, and to me they look like stress lines...where they've had to bend the lenses to fit into the frame.
I've read one post on the forum from someone who had a similar flaw in his glasses, but can't find it again to see what the resolution was! Since it's after 5pm EST, I've had to write an email to their customer service, and I guess I'm just hoping that they'll actually honor their quality assurances and process my return in a timely manner.
