I went to their site, and it does state clearly that they are going to be
unavailable during this period. Hard to imagine a business shutting down
for 2 weeks, but it is their prerogative, and they did post it on their main
page.
Glad to hear that they got back to you. I don't know if they watch this
site, but *most* of the online retailers know about it, and many of them
check in from time to time.
