Finally received my order after 2.5 weeks of waiting and when I opened
the package one of the two pair of glasses I ordered was missing.  No
luck contacting anyone at the company to confirm that the orders were
shipped separately.  I tried emailing, phone calls, and the on-line
assistance without making any contact with a Customer Representative.
I'm using this thread as my last chance to get through to the company
to find out what happened to my other pair of glasses (If you're
reading this here's my order number 117188829).

Sure others may have had better experience, but so far I'm very
disappointed.
