What I don't understand is why Zenni doesn't just ask people how they wear their glasses. They don't even have a place to add notes where you can ask them to lower or raise the seg height. On Global, they ask during the order process if you wear them very close to your face, slightly away (most people) or further down your nose. Too bad they don't pay attention to that, as I just got a pair of multi's from Global, and the seg height is a full 5mm to high so I have to wear them further down my nose than I'm used to. :(
