I ordered the neat 4-temple glasses from them (http:// www.opticalchic.com/product.php?productid=16283&cat=259&page=3) last June. I do remember that it seemed to take them a very long time to ship (although my emails got answered fairly promptly when I contacted them). The perscription was correct, but one lens had been cut slightly too small and rattled in the frame. I contacted them, sent it back, and had it fixed and returned to me at no extra charge (other than the added weeks waiting for them to ship again).
Overall, I was not amazed, but was reasonably satisfied with my experience. I don't think I would use them again unless I was madly in love with a frame that only they had (like the wacky 4-temple one).
