I ordered glasses from Zenni on the 28 th of January and haven't
gotten them yet. Earlier this week,  I sent them an e-mail with
subject line:  January 28th glasses not received yet and in the body I
had a full copy of my order and order number.  They e-mailed me back
within two days saying a shipment is held up in customs and they will
remake the order and ship asap. Then I got a shipping notice from them
the next day which said they were reshipped and to expect my package
within 7-10 days, and a tracking number.  If you still haven't gotten
a response back, try putting your order date and not received yett in
the subject line and see if that gets you anywhere. (if you didn't do
this already)  It might help to raise your e-mail to the top of their
pile :)
