While I'm not chubby, I require 145mm temple arms or longer. Most
online stores don't have many glasses with temple arms longer than
140mm, but Zenni does.
Go to www.zennioptical.com and type 145mm (no space between number and
mm) in the "Search for Frames" box (located in left hand column below
Eyeglass Categories.) That will pull up some large frames. Then type
in 146mm. Then 147mm. Then try 148mm. Then 149mm. etc.
Here's one that has 57mm wide lenses, 148mm arms, 19mm bridge:

Also, you can buy lenses for any rimless frames that are 54mm and 55mm
wide.
