I ordered my glasses one week ago today but my order still says "in production". I paid for overnight shipping which should have meant I would receive them in 2-3 business days. Email customer service and live support won't tell me anything other than what I can see on the screen. I just spent 10 minutes on hold only to be told that they are too busy to accept my phone call and suggest I visit their website.
My lenses are nothing special. No coatings, transitions, etc...
