Yes, they all are prohibitively expensive at brick and mortar stores.

What constitutes a quality frame? They're metal or plastic and they
hold lenses. Most have hinges. There isn't much difference, IMO,
between a store bought frame and those found online.

"Quality" designer frames means the same ones that everybody else has
but stamped with someone's logo.
