Today I ordered 2 more pair of glasses from lbweyewear.com. After finishing the transaction I had to leave right away so I left the browser on the 'thank you for your order' screen. When I got back later I decided I wanted to look at something else on their site so I hit the back button. Oops! Almost immediately I heard an incoming email and sure enough there was another order for the 2 pair I ordered earlier. A quick check of my bank transactions showed the second charge. I called LBW and told them what happened. Here's the amazing part. In the couple seconds it took me to refresh my bank balance page after hanging up with LBW, she had managed to get the credit posted.
