Hello, I have placed 3 orders with Zenni in the past year and have gotten 5 pairs of glasses total. Many of the glasses I've ordered with tinted lenses and AR coating, with my most recent order being January 30th which I've received a few weeks later. So far my orders always arrive in 2-3 weeks and the quality has been great.
I liked the most recent tinted pair with AR coating I recently received so much that I wanted to order some more tinted pairs with AR coating, but to my surprise Zenni is currently not allowing anybody to purchase glasses with both tinted lenses and AR coating as they had in the past and you have to choose from one or the other. If you try to place and order with a combination of the two on the website an error now pops up saying you cannot have both. I thought this was a mistake and selected just one of the options and proceeded to the cart where I was able to edit the option in the shopping cart to have both items. My order was processed and I thought all was good until Zenni sent me the below email which I replied to but haven't heard back. Does anybody know why Zenni is currently not allowing both, and if they plan to allow a person to order glasses with tinted lenses and AR coating again in the future? If I am going to order a pair of glasses with a 10% light tint I am going to want the AR coating, and can't see myself ordering more of these until they allow this again.
