In your original post, you listed this as the details:
Matt Brown 54-19-145

This implies that the color of your frames is brown, probably in a dull
(matte) finish. The lenses are 54mm wide, the bridge (nose part) is 19mm
across, and the temple arm length is 145mm long.

Knowing this information makes it easy. Just find some glasses that are
about the same size! And yes, I said about...a few mm won't make a huge
difference. 10mm or more, however... :-)

OK. As an example, let's take this frame, from Zenni...my own preferred
site, but the one which has had some shipping problems, recently.
http://zennioptical.com/cart/product.php?productid=441&cat=0&page=1 They
come *with* a clip on magnetic sunshade, and cost only $19 with single
vision lenses. OK, so they're not transitions...but you can get out for
$19! Talk about a cheap introduction to online glasses!!!

It's got lenses 54mm wide, a bridge dimension of 19mm and a temple arm
length of 138mm. This is close -- the only dimension that's not the same is
the arm length, and that 7mm difference may be fine for you. How much did
they have to bend the "behind the ear" part to fit your frames to your head?

As you can see by this listing at Zenni, the information at the top of the
description details the frame's dimensions. If you type your information
into the search field (lower left on your screen) it'll pull up frames that
match your search criteria. All the sites have similar search functions, so
the basic procedure should work on all of them.
