I tried to use the conventional e-mail methods, only to have both returned with Mailer- daemons...undeliverable. I then went to the G4U site and left my concerns there in the teeny tiny pop-up box...I also sent two photos that hopefully aided in shedding light on my predicament. I also used the problem ticket codes to address each out.
