Okay...I give up. My local places offers three levels of a/r coating, and of course are always trying to talk me into the "best" one. Zenni just offers one type, of course.
But...I'm thinking of ordering from Go-Optic because a) they have frames I want and b) they have CR-39 lenses which I tend to like. However, here again they offer choices of different a/r coatings. The cheap part of me wants to choose the "basic" one...but then I feel like if I'm really going to spend $200 on a pair, I should choose a good a/r. Here are the choices: Can any of you tell me if you think there is a real difference? BTW, I had Lasik about ten years ago, so cutting glare does really help my vision, especially at night. 1. Generic 2. Zeiss Carat 3. Crizal 4. Crizal Alize Any help appreciated...thanks! --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Check us out at the oft-updated http://www.glassyeyes.com!
