I am so frustrated with this business and don't know what to do.

On 2/4, I ordered 2 pair of glasses.  One regular, one with sunglass
lenses.  (Incidentally, I had ordered the sunglasses because I was
going on vacation, and don't have any sunglasses.)

Early March (about two weeks before my vacation), I receive both sets
of glasses.  However, neither of them are usable.  I took them to my
eyedoctor, who checked the prescription, and both pair were
incorrect.

I contacted the establishment, and while they sent an initial email
very quickly, it took another two weeks for them to get my order in
the works.  (Of course, meaning that there was no way I would have
sunglasses in time for my trip.)

Then, about two weeks later, both replacement pair arrive.  The plain
eyeglasses are correct (enough--I didn't have them checked, but I can
see fine out of them).  However, the sunglasses are still totally
wrong.

So, I wrote to them, and haven't heard a peep back.  That was over a
week ago.  I emailed them again yesterday, and there has been no word.

I'm starting to get worried I'm just out the $50 i paid for them.  But
to me that's a LOT of money, and I can't afford to have it gone for
nothing.

Any advice?
