You wouldn't want them anyway.
The $35 upgrade would put you into polycarbonate lenses, and poly
probably has the worst optical properties of any lens out there.
Especially for Rx's beyond +/- 3.00 diopters.
Maybe you should write O4L in the "special making" section, and
inquire about price in CR-39. They're famous for saying "nothing is
impossible".
Half a diopter extra shouldn't be to hard to make.

Unfortunately, most of the online retailers have an up-charge once you
go above (or below) a specific diopter. It varies from vendor to
vendor, so definately shop around. There *are* other online vendors
besides the ones listed here on Glassyeyes. Try doing a google search
for "online eyeglasses" (use the quotes). The downside to using one of
these is that you'll be less likely to get advice about them here, as
not to many people have used them, and the prices probably won't be as
good as O4L or Zenni.
