Her prescription is not bad at all, except the -2.75 cylinder toric correction, which is still not much of a problem.
Do a little research online, search google for 'best lens color driving night" and read the top few pages that pop up. Nearly any good lab should be able to make her prescription in larger lenses. My best suggestion is to do a lot of shopping for the right frames - the smallest, flattest she can tolerate. for night driving, she won't need very large lenses - unlike daytime lenses where there is a lot of ambient light.
