I've been having some difficulties with O4L in the past month or two
-- communication issues and such. I'm curious to see how things have
been going "in the trenches" with them. I haven't ordered a pair since
January -- and it was fine. I've helped a couple of people out with
issues, but I'm not getting the traction I was getting in the past.

I'd really appreciate it if you've ordered a pair from them in the
past couple of months using the glassyeyes promo code if you could
send me a quick report on the experience. Very brief is fine.

I'd love to know what the order/delivery dates were and an order ID
would be fantastic. I find this is very important when trying to
differentiate between legitimate sales and sleazy marketing types from
slandering competitors. For this reason, send them directly to me with
a direct reply.

On a more global note, I'm planning on adding a simple tool to the
site to track all of the vendors a bit more scientifically in the next
few months with a redesign. Think of it as additional data to build on
the social aspect of the forums.
