I got the same frame, in clear color, so it's nearly invisible. The frame is super-light, and changing the nose pads to silicone may have even made it a tiny bit more comfortable. The lenses are completely flat on the outside. I got the 46 x 32 lens (#231), in the absence of anything of that width with more height, which I still would prefer.
