I think that's a pretty unusual prescription all around. No sphere
correction so the person you are ordering these for is neither near-
sighted nor far-sighted - requires no distance correction at all. And
a cylinder correction or only .25 , which is so minute that it is
almost non existent. I had my prescription measured at 2 different
offices recently and had .25 difference in my cylinder in my left eye
from one office to the other. When I asked about this discrepancy, I
was told 0.25 was such a miniscuel amount that there could be a swing
of this much in the reading. If you are slightly over a 1/4 point
reading (say 0.37 - could round down to 0.25 or up to 0.50) or
slightly under (say 0.14 - could round down to 0.00 or up to 0.25) It
was usually up to the discression of the doctor to make that call.

Either way, I'd definately check that prescription before placing an
order
The way the prescription is written, I'd say this person really
doesn't need glasses yet. Could be the dispensary is trying to make a
sale?!?!
