I purchased some glasses from them in March. I was attempting to buy progressives/ multi focals. Their web site was confusing and in spite of me specifying the "add" in the prescription, they sent single visions which I don't really need.
I initially got an email reply from someone named Mark who said he would return my payment when the glasses came back. That was a month ago and now after repeated emails they go unanswered.
