I just received my first order from Coastal Contacts. It's safe to say that they're a new favorite! We ordered late Friday afternoon and received them today (Wednesday). We ordered two pair of Joseph Marc frames 4002 (https://www.coastalcontacts.com/glasses/frames/joseph- marc-4002/prod24002.html) - one each for my partner and me. Price was $6.95 per pair, including all the usual coatings (AR, scratch, UV) and $6.95 flat rate USPS shipping. I couldn't be happier! Besides all that, I received a shipping notice without specially requesting it, and the shipping, packaging, and "extras" were classier than I'm used to with the other vendors: the shipping carton was nicely printed and definitely seen as a marketing tool by the company; the hard case was sturdy and lined, definitely nicer than the translucent plastic clamshells I receive from Zenni and LBW; a mini screwdriver was included; the glasses were in a small nylon bag inside the hard case; and we - of course - received more microfiber/nylon cleaning cloths. I have another order pending with Coastal, and I can't wait to receive those, too. All in all, super experience!
