FYI, Paul, I noticed one good thing with Global is they don't happen to keep your credit card info on their site. You pay through Paypal, so they don't even see the number.
Thought I'd update now that I'm feeling better. Less than 24 hours after my frantic email to Customer Service at Global, I got an email back from someone who had put my order on hold as I'd requested, and set my order number up online so I could see what they had on record.
