That 1 mm difference should not be a problem at all. If it was more
than 3 mm, then it could be a problem. That 1 mm is split between both
lenses, so the effective difference is only 1/2 mm in each eye.
I've had my PD checked 3 times, and got different numbers each time,
always within 2 mm of each other.
