MY REVIEW of DISCOUNT-EYEGLASSES.NET I went with the "Mean Boss" frames, no bells 'n' whistles, for $25.99 TOTAL -- shipping and everything. Which is still seems too good to be true, but here I am with my glasses.
I paid on 4/21, they arrived on 5/12, glasses in a hard case with cleaning cloth, inside a bubble mailer ... so 21 days, not bad from Hong Kong to Chicago!! They aren't able to provide a tracking number, but email communication was prompt and abundant. Kam seems like a really good guy. They weigh 0.8oz (24g). If I had paid for thinner lenses, it might have matched my old glasses, which weigh 0.7oz (19g), but it's not real important to me and I didn't pay for it. The prescription appears to be right on. I can't measure it, but I can see great, without any headaches, so I expect that was done as well as every other step of buying from Kam. Real happy with the whole experience.
