They are located in California with an office in Australia and the UK. They manufacture and assemble here in the USA. ( this is a great point for me ) Pricing is good. I ordered a progressive lens with photochromic feature, full rim frame and a 10% discount for new customers. With shipping total came to $94.92, I received an instant email that my order was received, another when it went to to the lab and now one that it is done and sent to distribution for shipping. You can also track your order online. I ordered on May 5, the went to the lab that day and were done May 8. I expect to receive them soon and will let you know how it turns out. They have online chat for any questions, with friendly people who respond right away. I mentioned to the online chat person, the glassyeyes site, and asked if she would pass it on to management to check out. When reseaching them, I found they are a division of Schultz optical, who have been in business as a manufacturer for over 20 years. They make loupes for dentists and doctors.
