I did finally receive my glasses, about 6 or 7 weeks after I ordered (I forgot to record the actual date). Based on the postmark, they were shipped on 4/25, so much of the delay appears to have occurred in shipping. They never did respond to my email or support ticket.
In a nutshell, the frames are good quality, they accurately filled my prescription, and the workmanship seems above average. The lenses, however, have high chromatic aberration, almost as bad as polycarbonate. The anti-reflective coating is on par with all the other bargain places (i.e., mediocre). I get the impression that they're a small shop, not really set up for volume production or customer service, but they do have some interesting frames not found elsewhere.
