I've made changes to the behavior surrounding Fertility computation. It is
now computed in the map editor and saved with the map. You get a dialog box
that shows progress (yet another multi-threaded system). If you try to load
a game from a previous map version (pretty much everything), it will compute
these on the fly before starting the game. You'll see it. This new, locking
behavior is much more stable then the previous behavior, and the
multi-threading keeps the gui feedback going.
