The default cache size was changed from 0.5MB to 5MB.
To decide the old value, I was assuming the machine equipped
with 32-64MB memory. However, in a recent machine, even small
one has 256-512MB memory. Now is the time to increase the default
cache size. The 0.5MB bytes is left as the minimum value.
