Modification in gtags.el:
o Relative path name: If project directory is specified, 'Gtags Select
Mode'
print relative path name from the project directory else absolute
path name.
o Support dynamic completing-read of tag name.
The gtags-make-complete-list is depricated. You need not call it any
longer.
o Throw away the useless output of gozilla in 'gtags-display-browser'.
