Log message:
The built-in HTTP server class of python executes CGI programs
in the document root directory, not in the 'cgi-bin' directory.
Though I think it is a bug of the class, it seems that it won't
be fixed (It was reported in 2007). This is a workaround.
There should be no bad influence, I believe.
