Hello Juan. GLPI uses Transifex as translation platform [1]. You can log in (or signup/create user account, if you don't have one) and then go to GLPI's project [2]. In there you'll find your translation team, named Spanish (Mexican). Each team has its own coordinator, so you will need to each to request join the team. Once your request is accepted, you will be able to translate in the Transifex interface or on your local machine and the submit to Transifex, if you prefer.
