JMD, I do not believe we are behind a proxy server (I would need to verify that though), and we run a number of other applications at the same location with no difference in browser compatibility. Why would a proxy only affect IE and not Mozilla, and why only GLPI and not other Applications such as OCS Inventory, Cacti, Nagios, etc.... Thanks, --Neil JMD wrote: -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 [EMAIL PROTECTED] a écrit :Hi,I can download all documents fine with Mozilla however, when we attempt to go to the "Management" ---->"Documents" page and download anything we recieve the following errors: 1. For PDF file we get a mime error and the PDF file loads a bunch of unreadable characters (which usually means it does not recognize the mime type) however I have the mime set to application/pdf which works fine with mozilla 2. For Excel Spreadhseets I recieve the following: a. I get the window which pops up and states "Do you want to Open or Save this file" b. I click on "Open" c. I then get a microsoft Excel window which states "could not open "https://ip_address/glpi/documents/send-document.php?file=XLS/FILENAME.xls" d. I click on "OK" e. Another Excel window pops up and states "MS Excel cannot access the file "https://ip_address/glpi/documents/send-document.php?file=XLS/FILENAME.xls".(...) |
