Salut, Hello We currently use IRM 1.58 and can group computers and record requests or log a call against the group. We have a group set up for each room of computers in the school. If a teacher requests software installed on 30 PCs we create one record in IRM that is for the group. There doesn't appear to be the ability to assign calls in GLPI to a group of PCs. Is it there? Can it be added? Is it a big task? I like the heirarchy of groups already set up as we have many rooms in many buildings in two separate locations. Without this function we are not able to start using GLPI.
