Hello,

Thank you.
Does GLPI automatically sync with OCSNG database every so often? How do
you control the sync time in that case. And I also noticed the following.
I had a test GLPI instance syncing with an OCSNG database. I have about
10 OCSNG clients syncing with the OCSNG server. In one of my clients, I
had openssh version openssh-4.1p1-10.11 (RPM installation) initially. I
upgraded the openssh version to openssh-4.1p1-10.13. Now if I sync the
OCS client with OCS server, I can see that the server has the newer
software version. But even forceful syncing of the same system inside
GLPI (using "Force Synchronization" button in the OCSNG tab) does not
change the software version. Why is this? Is that not the intended design?
But in the client, if I add a new software (like eperl, which is what I
used for an example) and sync the client with OCS server and do a sync
in the GLPI side, the new software shows up in GLPI in that system.
This is kind of interesting and strange to me. Any explanations?

Thanks again,
Prakash
