I made the same question in the french forum and I got the answer in 
about 2 hours.

I had to click on localhost to configure the OCSNG imports. Apparently 
by default for software it says no imports. Changing that value made it 
to work

Unfortunately I was assuming that license numbers were extracted and 
there is no way to get the license numbers that are installed already in 
the machines
