Hello I am a quite new user of GLPI I shall wish to make statistics, by tickets, with the aim of export towards a file. The data which interressent me " are Lasted real average of treatment of the ticket " and " real total Duration of treatment of tickets ". Regrettably, these data are always "0". It is the technician who brings in, in the hand, these hourly data Or is it an automatic tratement of GLPI that does not work? Thank you for me eclaircir on these points. I consulted the forums and FAQ, but no part I found of solution has my question. Nevertheless, the other users would like to have this information. I am in GLPI worm 0.71.1 Thank you in advance for your reponse.
