Hi, I am using glpi-0.71.3 for my CTS.
The problem i am facing is it is not able to retrieve the Mail Tickets automatically. Every time i need to go to Setup > Mail Gateways and click on 'Get email tickets now' I want to automate this process. Because it is not possible for me to click this once in a while. My Mail Server config is IMAP Server with user authentication. Please help me out.
