Ok. Simply i need to extend this plugin, and i've not the proper php knowledge. I need to extend because the 'parameters' are good, but i need a parameter with a value. EG, as for components, can i have a components without value (eg, motherboard) and components that have it (eg, network card, that have the MAC addess). I need that because i have to add some data to devices, and i need a value for this data. [more deeply, i need a value because i have to add some information about classification of some devices using safety/medical/... standard classification] Looking only at the DB schema this seems to me 'easy': the table glpi_plugin_parametre_device can be extended with a field 'value'. It's how to code the rest in php that misses... O;-))) I hope i was now clear. -- dott.
