Hi, I have been using GLPI for the past One Year. We have done some customization over the code, which is specific for our Organization.
Now I want to Upgrade to Latest Version which has tons of features added. I have installed New Version on different root path and have fully configured and I have done all our Internal Code Changes also. My Question is , How can I import all the Tickets and existing Data from the Old Database to the New Database. Thanks in advance.
