Hi, I have installed the plugin Tickets Validation. All work well, but when I send a validation request any email is send. Setup - Notifications is configured and work well (for example, for new tickets the helpdesk receive the email).
I have installed also the plugin Additional Alets and neither send email. My version GLPI is 0.71.3 Anybody can help me. Thanks Antonio from Spain
