Hello everybody,
We are using version 0.72.4 and want to have something change.
As you see, at the moment, when we one to add an attached file when Add new
follow up, we have back to original tab of ticket and use this function
there.
Does anyone know or already did an can share:
- how to got attachment file function on Add a new Follow-up tab ?
I guess that need to patch the code but our capability are limited for this
thing. If someone already did this or have clue/solution please help.
