Hi all, When a user with a normal role tries raising a ticket for approval the approval field has a default value 'Not subject to approval'. I wanted to give the user a dropdown with the regular four values 'Not subject to approval', 'Refused','Granted' and 'Waiting for approval' or atleast the status 'Waiting for approval'. I tried changing some of the profile attributes of the normal user but in vain.
Also the user should be able to update the cost of the item after the ticket has been raised. Please guide me as to how should I get it done ?
